27 April 2011 - NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF THE VALLEY PHARMACY, BARROWDEN

The Valley Pharmacy will cease trading at 1800 on Friday 15 July 2011.

From the 18 July 2011, Valley Pharmacy patients who currently collect their prescriptions from the Uppingham Surgery dispensary should have their prescriptions dispensed by an alternative Pharmacist.

Barrowden Surgery will continue to operate as normal.

From Monday, 18 July 2011, Barrowden Surgery patients will be able to collect prescriptions from the Barrowden Surgery Dispensary during normal surgery hours which are:

Monday           0830-1130, 1500-1700
Wednesday     1500-1700
Thursday         0830-1130
Friday              0830-1130
